Welcome to the Maternal and Infant Health website. The Maternal and Infant Health Program works to improve women’s health before, during, and after pregnancy and improve infant health through education, surveillance, and supporting programs and health care systems.

Pregnancy Resource Center of Cache Valley
The Pregnancy Resource Center of Cache Valley educates, supports and empowers women and couples facing unplanned pregnancies with compassionate and professional medical care. Unexpected pregnancy comes with a rush of thoughts and feelings. Our staff is committed to providing ethical and confidential services in a caring environment. If you are facing an unplanned pregnancy, we can help you by providing free and confidential pregnancy services. Medical services are provided by a licensed medical personnel. Services include: free limited OB ultrasound, maternity & infant supplies, abortion information, adoption agency information & referrals, medical referrals, parenting education, post-abortion support, pregnancy options information, pregnancy tests, referral for a free ultrasound, STD/STI information, support for men.

WIC
Our program provides nutrition and breastfeeding services and supplemental foods to pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children up to their 5th birthday. We offer a wide-array of nutrition education, personalized breastfeeding support, and referrals to other public health programs.

Maternal Resource Guide
A guide to resources across Utah that are: free, low-cost or accepts Medicaid, accessible to Spanish-speakers, Spanish-speaking staff or can translate to other languages. Categories: Childcare & parenting resources, employment and financial assistance, healthcare, mental health and substance use, midwife and doula services, legal and education, transportation, food formula and diapers, intimate partner violence and housing.
