Each class will be tailored to address specific challenges while offering practical insights to help navigate the many stages of parenting. Current Classes

  • The Newborn Stage (FREE)

    This class is taught by one of our Primary Care Pediatric providers and is designed for expectant mothers, and their partners, in the third trimester.

    Gain expert knowledge on newborn expectations in those first 48 hours, nutrition, developmental milestones, health and wellness and more!

  • Breastfeeding (FREE)

    This class is taught by Lactation Consultant Sandy Ballard, IBCLC and is designed for expectant mothers, and their partners, in the third trimester.

    Learn all about breastfeeding basics in the first two weeks. Gain confidence in your ability to breastfeed and feel empowered before the arrival of your new baby!
