  • Calm

    An app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation. Calm offers a 7-day free trail or a free version of the app. Without purchasing the app, you have access to: daily mediations, breathing exercises, mood tracker, select sleep stories, music, and some guided mediations. With the paid version you have access to all of the above, but it offers more and you will also have access to masterclasses.

  • Headspace

    An app for meditation, sleep, and relaxation. Headspace is great for beginners as it offers guided mediations, mindful workouts, and sleep techniques.

  • Stop Breathe and Think Kids (Moshi)

    Enhance sleep and engage kids with play. Featuring hundreds of hours of bedtime stories, educational activities, coloring games, sleep sounds, white noise & more.

  • Mightier

    An app to help your kiddo to build and manage their emotions through play. Great for kids who struggle with Autism, Aggression, anger, anxiety, and ADHD/ADD. There is a Mightier Parents app that gives parents access to an online hub to track your child’s progress, set goals, gives you resources, and you have support from licensed clinicians available 7 days a week. The Mightier app is free; however, you do need a Mightier subscription to use.
