  • Lifeline Mobility Program

    The Lifeline Mobility Program provides transportation assistance to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income households with driver mileage reimbursements on eligible trips. Eligible trips include: medical and mental health services, pharmaceutical and medical supplies, critical nutrition, social services, education, and employment, when other transportation is not available. To increase accessibility drivers may include: clients, volunteers trusted by a client, or a client can be connected with a program partner volunteer.
